Within the SAP Finance Support Unit reporting to the Global Finance Transformation Department you will contribute to its efficiency and to the satisfaction of its internal clients across around thirty countries. You will also join and enrich a team with strong recognition and a strategic role in the Groups transformation and in the operational efficiency of the Finance functions.

You are responsible for ensuring the fit and quality of finance solutions in SAP (ECC6.0 S/4 Hana). You take part in system enhancements and international deployments on behalf of this department within an international context focused on modernizing the finance ecosystem and related processes with a range of innovative and exciting projects.

You are at the heart of the interactions between the business and Tech teams. You will gain an understanding of finance challenges including accounting tax management control audit and consolidation as well as IT tools particularly SAP FI SD and MM.

You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions :

• Mainly you will contribute to cross-functional company projects involving SAP adaptations both on ECC6.0 and S/4 Hana dual maintenance taking into account the legal tax and accounting specificities of each country:

- Participate in requirements-gathering workshops and in the decision-making process regarding the choice of solution to be implemented

- Validate the proper completion of testing

- Draft documentation for Key Users and lead training sessions

- Ensure the quality of data migration

- Provide post-Go-Live support

• You will contribute to the implementation of S/4 HANA a program planned through 2028 in country waves with an essential role in raising awareness of best practices and ensuring the performance of the Core Model.

• As you develop your expertise in the SAP Core Model solution ECC6.0 and S/4 Hana you will effectively contribute to supporting users across the various entities and organizations regardless of their geographical location.

• You will be responsible for promoting and supporting the adoption of financial best practices across the Group and among the accounting and finance teams throughout the entire Maison.

Your main contacts will be finance users and CFOs from the various subsidiaries IT teams and occasionally the Supply Chain CRM eStore and POS teams.

• Across all these missions you will regularly collaborate with the other members of the SAP Finance Support Unit.

Do not hesitate to apply if you have or if you are

• A higher education degree in finance (Masters level/Bac4/5) and at least a first successful experience in SAP Finance (ECC6 or S/4) ideally with a Core Model approach
• A minimum of 8 years experience in similar environments is strongly recommended
• Fluency in English both written and spoken is essential
• Team spirit and the ability to work in project mode
• A strong sense of service and ability to support operational finance functions
• Strong listening skills and excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Strong organizational skills and a high capacity to adapt
• Natural curiosity and a proactive mindset

International travel should be expected (approximately 6 weeks per year depending on current projects)

Au sein de la Cellule Support SAP Finance rattachée à la Direction de la Transformation Finance Globale vous contribuerez à son efficience et à la satisfaction de ses clients internes (une trentaine de pays) et viendrez enrichir une équipe bénéficiant dune notoriété forte et dun rôle stratégique pour la transformation du Groupe et lefficience opérationnelle des métiers de la Finance.

Vous êtes garant de ladéquation et de la qualité des solutions finance dans SAP (ECC6.0 S/4 Hana). Vous participez aux évolutions système et déploiements internationaux au nom de cette direction dans un contexte international de modernisation de lécosystème finance et des processus associés avec un ensemble de projets innovants et passionnants.

Vous êtes au cœur des échanges entre le métier et les équipes Tech. Vous appréhenderez les problématiques finance (comptabilité fiscalité contrôle de gestion audit consolidation) ainsi que les outils informatiques notamment SAP FI SD ou encore MM.

Vous excellerez et vous épanouirez dans ce rôle si vous souhaitez

• Principalement vous participerez à des projets transversaux de lentreprise impliquant des adaptations SAP (à la fois sur ECC6.0 et S4 Hana double maintenance) en prenant en compte les spécificités légales fiscales et comptables de chaque pays :

- Participer aux ateliers de recueil des besoins et à larbitrage concernant le choix de la solution implémentée

- Valider la bonne réalisation des recettes

- Rédiger la documentation à destination des Key User et animer les formations

- Garantir la qualité de la reprise des données

- Accompagner post Go-Live

• Vous contribuerez à limplémentation de S/4 HANA (programme prévu jusquen 2028 par vagues de pays) avec un rôle essentiel de sensibilisation aux bonnes pratiques et de garantie de la performance du Core Model.

• Dans le cadre de votre montée en compétence sur la solution CORE MODEL SAP ECC6.0 et S/4 Hana vous contribuerez efficacement au support des utilisateurs des différentes entités et organisations quel que soit leur positionnement géographique

• Vous êtes le garant de la diffusion et de laccompagnement des bonnes pratiques financières au sein du groupe et des équipes comptables et finances de lensemble de la Maison.

Vos interlocuteurs principaux seront les utilisateurs finance et CFOs des différentes filiales les équipes IT et ponctuellement les équipes Supply Chain CRM Estore POS.

• Sur toutes ces missions vous serez amené régulièrement à collaborer avec les autres membres de la Cellule SAP Support Finance.
  
  

Nhésitez plus à postuler si vous avez ou si vous êtes

• Une formation supérieure en finance (BAC4/5) et justifiant à minima dune première expérience SAP Finance (ECC6 ou S/4) avec une approche Core Model idéalement
• Une expérience de 8 ans minimum sur des contextes similaires est fortement recommandée
• La maitrise de langlais (écrit oral) est indispensable
• Lesprit déquipe et laptitude à travailler en mode projet
• Le sens du service et de laccompagnement des fonctions opérationnelles finance
• Un bon sens de lécoute et des qualités de communication écrite et orale
• Le sens de organisation et une forte capacité dadaptation
• Une curiosité naturelle et un tempérament proactif.

La compréhension des besoins fonctionnels et des enjeux business est essentielle afin de satisfaire nos clients internes.

Des déplacements à linternational sont à prévoir (environ 6 semaines par an en fonction des projets du moment)
