o9 S&OP Solution Consultant

We are looking for an o9 Solution Consultant to support the deployment adoption and day-to-day operations of the o9 planning platform across Salomons global supply chain organization.

In this role you will act as the first point of contact for planners and business users ensuring the smooth operation of the platform while supporting the transformation of planning processes across Demand Planning Supply Planning and S&OP.

You will operate at the intersection of Supply Chain Data and IT helping users leverage the full potential of the platform while ensuring data reliability and operational excellence.

Your Main Missions:

User Support & Operational Excellence
Act as the primary point of contact for planners and business users on the o9 platform.
Support users facing navigation workflow or data visibility issues.
Manage hypercare activities and helpdesk processes to ensure timely issue resolution.
Perform initial troubleshooting and defect triage before escalation to advanced support teams.
Support key planning cycles and monthly planning activities across regions.

Data Integration & Monitoring
Monitor data flows between SAP middleware platforms and o9 to ensure data consistency and reliability.
Collaborate with integration and IT teams to troubleshoot interfaces and automated data transfers.
Support data validation cleansing and quality improvement initiatives.
Contribute to maintaining a trusted and reliable planning environment.

Training & Change Management
Support training sessions for planners and end users.
Maintain user documentation navigation guides and process walkthroughs.
Promote adoption of new planning practices enabled by o9.
Help teams transition from manual Excel-based processes toward integrated planning workflows.

Testing & Continuous Improvement
Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities for new releases and enhancements.
Contribute to process and system improvement initiatives.
Maintain documentation related to planning processes business rules and data flows.
Identify opportunities to improve platform usage and user experience.

Nous recherchons un(e) o9 Solution Consultant (F/H) pour accompagner le déploiement ladoption et le fonctionnement quotidien de la plateforme o9 au sein des équipes Supply Chain de Salomon.

Dans ce rôle vous serez le point de contact privilégié des utilisateurs et contribuerez à la transformation des processus de planification Demand Planning Supply Planning et S&OP à léchelle mondiale.

Vos principales missions :
Assurer le support fonctionnel des utilisateurs de la plateforme o9.
Accompagner les équipes lors des cycles mensuels de planification.
Identifier analyser et résoudre les incidents fonctionnels de premier niveau.
Superviser les flux de données entre SAP les outils dintégration et o9.
Participer aux activités de validation et de qualité des données.
Former les utilisateurs et maintenir la documentation associée.
Accompagner le changement et ladoption des nouveaux processus de planification.
Participer aux campagnes de tests et aux évolutions de la solution.
Contribuer à lamélioration continue des processus et des outils.

Qualifications :

What Were Looking For:

3 to 5 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning Business Applications Support or related IT roles.
Experience with Advanced Planning Systems (APS) is highly valued.
Knowledge of o9 Solutions is a strong plus; experience with similar planning solutions is welcome.
Understanding of Demand Planning Supply Planning Inventory Planning or S&OP processes.
Familiarity with SAP (ECC or S/4HANA) and data integration concepts.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate technical topics to business users in a simple and effective way.
Customer-oriented mindset and strong collaboration skills.
Professional proficiency in English and French.

Profil recherché :

3 à 5 ans dexpérience en Supply Chain support applicatif ou systèmes de planification.
Une expérience sur un APS (Advanced Planning System) est fortement appréciée.
Une connaissance do9 est un véritable atout.
Bonne compréhension des processus de Demand Planning Supply Planning Inventory Planning ou S&OP.
Connaissance de SAP et des concepts dintégration de données.
Excellentes capacités danalyse et de résolution de problèmes.
Capacité à vulgariser des sujets techniques auprès des utilisateurs métiers.
Esprit collaboratif et forte orientation service.
Maîtrise professionnelle du français et de langlais.
