Marketing Operations & Content Assistant Apprentice

(Digital Marketing & Content Coordination)

Your Mission

As part of the Marketing team you will support the execution of global marketing and communication initiatives. You will contribute to content management digital campaign support and the operational coordination of international marketing projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and manage social media posts and newsletters
• Support webinar organization and marketing event logistics
• Assist with website updates
• Manage CRM imports database updates and data cleanup
• Prepare presentations and marketing materials
• Adapt format and repurpose marketing content
• Support project coordination
• Execute essential operational tasks to improve team efficiency

Profile

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing Communication Digital Marketing or a related field (Masters)
• Previous internship or first experience in marketing/communication is a plus
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail
• Creative proactive and eager to learn
• Autonomous rigorous and team-oriented
• Comfortable working in an international and multicultural environment

Skills & Tools

• Good command of Microsoft Office
• Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot Salesforce or equivalent) is a plus
• Knowledge of CMS platforms (WordPress or similar) is a plus
• Understanding of social media platforms and scheduling tools
• Basic knowledge of email marketing and digital campaigns
• Experience with Canva Adobe Express or other design tools is appreciated
• Interest in SEO and digital content optimization is a plus

Languages

• Fluent French
• Professional English required
• Additional languages are a plus (German Spanish Chinese etc.)
