Skills and Competencies
- A Moodys employee at this level would typically have 7 years experience in a sales role within a software/services organization with a successful track record in sales preferably selling to Financial Institutions
- Demonstrated success in strategic selling and managing complex sales cycles
- Strong understanding of credit research banking risk regulations and financial data applications
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills as well as outstanding client relationship management experience
- Fluency in English and French is required
- Basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts with curiosity and enthusiasm for learning how AI tools can be used to improve processes and drive efficiency
- Interest in exploring AI systems and a willingness to develop awareness of responsible AI practices including risk management and ethical use
- This position offers a dynamic work environment requiring up to 50% travel to engage with clients face-to-face while also providing the flexibility of hybrid working
Education
- Bachelors degree in Finance Economics or a related discipline
Responsibilities
This position is responsible for driving commercial growth across Tier 1 Banking accounts in France. Main responsibilities include:
- Lead strategic engagement and commercial development across priority Banking clients
- Establish and maintain C-suite relationships serving as the primary executive contact
- Deliver tailored enterprise solutions aligned with client-specific risk management needs
- Identify negotiate and execute opportunities that generate mutual value
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage complex sales cycles and resolve strategic issues
- Represent Moodys at industry forums and client events as required
