Kazaar is a strategic SaaS spin-off of the Altavia Group transforming offline marketing operations. Our platform enables top brands and retailers to manage optimize and control their print operations while boosting printers productivity. AI is at our core with over 40M in purchases already transitioning through Kazaar. With a team of 40 people we are now entering our scale-up phase.

As our Lead/Most Senior Designer youll operate at the intersection of craft and strategy. Youll own the overall product design vision from high-level platform UX architecture down to polished UI execution partnering directly with the CPO. Depending on your evolution you may take on people management or informal mentoring. This isnt a heads-down execution role; we need someone who can see the big picture be hands-on and move fast.

• Vision & UX: Define the overall product design vision and holistic end-to-end platform UX.

• Design System: Own a scalable design system (components tokens patterns) for maximum consistency.

• Strategic Partner: Shape product direction alongside the CPO.

• Guidance: Mentor the Senior Product Designer and collaborate closely with Product Managers.

• AI-First Workflow: Leverage the latest AI tools (Figma AI Cursor...) to prototype smarter and automate repetitive tasks.

• Simplicity: Translate complex B2B use cases into intuitive elegant interfaces.

• Quality: Establish top-tier visual design standards brand coherence and UI quality.

• 5 years in product design ideally in B2B SaaS or complex platforms.

• A portfolio showing platform-level UX thinking not just isolated screens.

• Expert command of design systems and UI craft.

• Active use of AI tools in your daily workflow.

• Confident communicating design rationale to non-designers.

• Working-level English (all documentation is in English) and basic French.

• Experience leading or mentoring other designers.

• You think in systems not just screens and embrace ambiguity.

• You move fast and prioritize shipping over absolute perfection.

• You see AI as a creative multiplier not a threat.

• You want a real seat at the table not just a ticket queue.

• You have an impeccable design aesthetic and familiarity with user research/discovery.

En tant que Designer le/la plus senior de léquipe vous interviendrez à la croisée du craft et de la stratégie. Vous serez garant(e) de la vision globale du design produit de larchitecture UX globale jusquà lUI finale en partenariat direct avec le CPO. Selon votre profil vous pourrez évoluer vers du management ou du mentorat. Il ne sagit pas dun poste dexécution pure : nous recherchons un profil pragmatique (hands-on) capable de prendre du recul et davancer vite.

• Vision & UX : Définir et porter la vision globale du design produit et lexpérience de bout en bout.

• Design System : Gérer un design system évolutif (scalable) garantissant la cohérence et la rapidité du produit.

• Partenaire Stratégique : Façonner lorientation du produit aux côtés du CPO.

• Mentorat : Guider le Senior Product Designer et collaborer étroitement avec les Product Managers.

• Approche AI-First : Intégrer les outils dIA (Figma AI Cursor...) pour concevoir plus vite et automatiser les tâches répétitives.

• Simplification : Traduire des cas dusage B2B complexes en interfaces simples et intuitives.

• Standards : Établir les standards de design visuel et la qualité UI sur toute la plateforme.

• 5 ans dexpérience en product design idéalement dans le B2B SaaS ou sur des plateformes complexes.

• Un portfolio démontrant une réflexion UX à léchelle dune plateforme (pas décrans isolés).

• Une excellente maîtrise des design systems et de la conception UI.

• Lutilisation active doutils dIA dans votre quotidien.

• Une aisance à vulgariser et justifier vos choix de design auprès de profils non-designers.

• Un niveau danglais professionnel (la documentation est en anglais) et une maîtrise de base du français.

• Une expérience dans lencadrement ou le mentorat de designers.

• Vous pensez en systèmes et aimez structurer des projets encore flous.

• Vous avancez vite et privilégiez le shipping (la mise en production) plutôt que la perfection absolue.

• Vous voyez lIA comme un multiplicateur de créativité.

• Vous voulez une vraie place à la table des décisions pas juste traiter une pile de tickets.

• Vous avez une esthétique irréprochable et maîtrisez la recherche utilisateur (discovery).
