At Ayvens we have an opening for an experienced IT Delivery Manager Corporate Services.

What are you going to do

As our new IT Delivery Manager Corporate Services you will be responsible for supporting the deployment and maturity of the Corporate Services operating model across applications and services. You will ensure effective governance execution operational coordination service performance and continuous improvement while fostering strong collaboration between Product Support Development Infrastructure Architecture and Global Service Center teams. Working in an international environment with offshore teams you will drive service excellence improve operational performance and ensure alignment with architecture standards to support scalable and sustainable solutions.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Implementing and maintaining Corporate Services governance standards and ensuring adherence across applications and services.
• Coordinating activities between Product Owners Business Stakeholders Support Development Infrastructure and Architecture teams to ensure effective delivery.
• Monitoring support backlogs ticket quality ageing and escalations while driving improvements across support operations and offshore teams.
• Tracking project progress dependencies risks and action plans while supporting prioritization and delivery planning activities.
• Producing operational dashboards reports and KPI metrics to provide clear visibility on service performance and delivery outcomes.
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives promoting best practices and supporting the rollout of the Corporate Services operating model.
• Ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards and contributing to the consistency scalability and quality of delivered solutions.

Who are we looking for

The ideal candidate has strong coordination and stakeholder management skills combined with a solid understanding of IT service delivery support operations and governance frameworks. You are comfortable working in complex international environments collaborating with distributed teams and driving operational excellence through data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science Engineering or a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• 48 years of experience in IT Service Delivery Application Support IT Operations or a similar coordination role.
• Experience working within international organizations and offshore delivery models including collaboration with geographically distributed teams.
• Strong knowledge of IT service management governance processes KPI monitoring and operational performance management.
• Good understanding of IT architecture principles and their role in ensuring scalable and sustainable solutions.
• Hands-on experience with tools such as ServiceNow Unity Jira Azure DevOps and reporting tools such as Excel and Power BI.
• Excellent communication analytical problem-solving and stakeholder management skills with a proactive and continuous improvement mindset.
• Fluent in English is required.
