Internship Sales Development Representative & CEO Right Hand (Web3 DeFi)

Lobster is a Paris-based startup specialized in market making for decentralized finance. We work with professional investors such as asset managers family offices and investment funds who want to allocate part of their capital to DeFi.

More and more players in finance are looking at DeFi but few have the team and the know-how to position themselves properly. Thats exactly where we come in.

Based at Station F were looking for a Sales Development Representative as an intern or on a work-study contract to grow our presence among these investors in France and Europe in close collaboration with the CEO.

Prospect database: Identify investors who are active in DeFi or looking into it (asset managers family offices crypto funds investment funds) find the right contacts and build a reliable database.

CRM management (Pipedrive): Track every conversation in Pipedrive keep the pipeline up to date and review it every week with the CEO.

Prospecting on Telegram and crypto networks: Start conversations with investors where they actually talk mainly on Telegram but also on X and LinkedIn.

Events and ecosystem: Attend crypto and finance conferences side events and meetups meet funds and decision makers in person and become a familiar face in these circles.

Qualification and meetings: Lead the first conversations understand each investors strategy and expectations then set up meetings with qualified prospects to present our solution and move the relationship forward with Lobster.

Sales strategy: Define priority targets with the CEO sharpen the pitch and improve our presentation materials.

Market feedback: Share what you hear from investors so we can keep improving our approach.

Connaissance approfondie du Web3 et de la DeFi : vous comprenez parfaitement le fonctionnement des DEX des AMM des positions de liquidité et du market making on-chain et vous savez expliquer ces sujets simplement à un investisseur professionnel.

Culture des placements financiers : vous comprenez comment un investisseur raisonne en termes de rendement de risque et dallocation de capital.

Français et anglais courants à loral : vous échangerez avec des investisseurs en France et à linternational.

Aisance relationnelle : vous savez aborder un inconnu lors dun événement faire vivre une conversation sur Telegram et vous construire un réseau dans lécosystème crypto comme dans celui des fonds.

Rigueur et organisation : vous relancez au bon moment et votre CRM est toujours à jour.

Localisation : disponibilité pour travailler à Station F ou possibilité dy venir au moins une fois toutes les deux semaines.

Profil :
- Étudiant(e) en école de commerce école dingénieurs ou université (finance économie ou équivalent) à la recherche dun stage ou dune alternance
- Une première expérience dans le Web3 la vente le business development ou la finance est un plus
- Une présence active dans lécosystème crypto (communautés événements projets personnels) est appréciée
- Autonome curieux(se) et force de proposition
- Disponible à temps plein

Outils : Pipedrive Telegram LinkedIn Google Workspace. Connaître Pipedrive est un plus.

Practical information:

- Start date: as soon as possible

- Duration: internship up to 6 months (shorter internships welcome) or work-study contract

- Location: Station F 60 rue Eugène Freyssinet 75013 Paris

- Compensation: 700/month internship stipend plus variable pay on every client signed from contacts you brought in. For work-study contracts: legal apprenticeship salary plus the same variable
