To support our Global Business and FMC Team in Paris we are looking for an Assistant Relationship Manager - Internship min. 6 months (M/F) stage/internship - to join our dynamic organization.

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR (but not limited to)

• Support in onboarding of new Clients
• Database management and migrations support
• Support the Account Management and Business Development Teams in the preparation of regular client meetings such as project reports business reviews presentation material etc.
• Assist with different client projects and department initiatives
• Help strengthen efficient processes and best practices as part of a growing team and company
• Monitoring Client request providing administrative and operational support
• Support in Clients onboarding
• Coordination of Distribution Agreement setup
• Keeping our distributors AML/KYC directories up to date to comply with regulatory requirements
• Support the team in automation processes

WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU

• Curious - eager to learn new things
• Fluent in French and English with good written skills.
• Excellent level in Excel Word and PowerPoint
• Rigorous with figures
• An enthusiastic team player client oriented and with good interpersonal skills
