Your team & responsibilities
By joining the team you will report directly to Nicolas our Chief of Staff. As HR Ops you will ensure reliable compliant and optimized management of employee administration payroll and international HR processes while delivering high-quality operational HR support to employees and managers.
This position is a freelance opportunity (4 month contract).
Your missions
1. HR Operations Process Documentation
Map and document all HR Operations processes including:
Payroll cycle
Onboarding and offboarding
Leave and absence management
Employee contract lifecycle management
Statutory and administrative declarations
2. Lucca Data Cleanup and Optimization
Clean and improve employee data within Lucca following a previously completed audit.
Address missing fields data inconsistencies and obsolete information.
3. Payroll Operations Management
Own and manage the monthly payroll cycle in coordination with MD Payroll. Responsibilities include:
Collection of payroll variable data
Review and validation of payroll inputs
Transmission of payroll data to the provider
Payroll controls and quality checks
4. Payroll Outsourcing Migration
Support and coordinate the migration of payroll outsourcing activities.
Ensure a smooth transition of payroll processes documentation and operational responsibilities to the new payroll setup.
Who are we looking for
You are at the right place if you have
5 years of experience in HR Operations or Employee Administration
HRIS experience on Lucca (mandatory)
Fluent in English
Multi-country payroll expertise is a big plus
Experience with CSE elections is highly valued
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
Proactive and solution-driven
Comfortable working in a fast-growing international environment
