Job Summary

As Didomi Group continues to grow and strengthen its HR & ESG initiatives were looking for a HR Ops & ESG Specialist to join our HR team currently composed of a HR & ESG Director a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager and a HR Ops & Learning Specialist. This role sits at the intersection of ESG and People Operations driving the Groups sustainability agenda while supporting a best-in-class employee experience across our international teams.

Our headquarters are based in Paris (France) with subsidiaries in London (UK) Berlin (Germany) and New York (USA). Occasional travel to our international offices may be required to support local initiatives and ensure consistency across sites and our remote teams.

The responsibilities are as follows:

ESG Missions (70%) & HR Ops Support & Workplace Management (30%)

ESG Strategy & Steering
  • Contribute to the definition and operational rollout of the Group ESG strategy in close collaboration with the leadership team and business departments
  • Identify and propose Group ESG priorities (environmental social governance) taking into account regulatory requirements and stakeholder expectations
  • Track the progress of ESG programs across the Group: timelines budgets performance indicators and propose continuous adjustments
  • Set up and monitor key Group-wide ESG KPIs (energy consumption CO₂ emissions waste management social indicators)
Deployment & Cross-functional Coordination
  • Coordinate cross-functional ESG projects across the Group actively engaging operational teams
  • Facilitate multi-department working groups and ensure alignment of ESG initiatives at Group level
  • Support business departments across the Group in integrating and embedding ESG priorities into day-to-day operations
  • Identify ESG-driven innovation and differentiation opportunities at Group level
Reporting & Compliance
  • Lead the collection analysis and reliability of Group non-financial data
  • Contribute to the drafting and publication of Group ESG / CSRD reports
  • Coordinate Group audits and certification processes (EcoVadis Carbon Footprint sector-specific labels)
  • Respond to client ESG questionnaires supplier forms and RFP ESG sections ensuring accurate and consistent messaging aligned with the Groups commitments
  • Maintain active regulatory and sector-level monitoring (CSRD ESG trends)
Engagement & Communication
  • Raise awareness and engage Group employees on ESG topics through targeted internal communication initiatives
  • Partner with Marketing teams to promote the Groups ESG commitments to clients and partners
  • Support sales teams in articulating the environmental and social benefits of Didomis solutions
  • Contribute to the creation of ESG content (articles materials reports) reflecting the Groups commitments
  • Represent Didomi Group at industry events and advocate for the Groups ESG initiatives externally
Responsible AI & Innovation
  • Support the deployment of AI across the Group with an ethical and responsible approach
  • Contribute to aligning AI practices with the Groups ESG commitments and core values
HR Ops Support & Workplace Management
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of Group work environments with a sustainable and responsible lens (workspace design responsible suppliers eco-friendly office practices)
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding operations and processes
  • Help document and improve internal HR policies and communications (employee guides templates)
  • Contribute to internal HR communications and campaigns (newsletters updates processes)
  • Participate in the organization of internal initiatives and events fostering employee engagement and Group culture
  • Take on ad hoc missions as the team and business grow
Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of experience in an ESG CSR ideally within an international environment and/or a tech/SaaS company
  • Fluent in English (working language)
  • Strong project management skills: ability to coordinate multiple initiatives across departments and geographies simultaneously
  • Highly organized proactive with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Data-driven mindset: comfortable collecting analysing and presenting non-financial data
  • Comfortable working with digital tools and HR systems
  • Genuine passion for sustainability responsible business practices and people experience
  • Familiarity with HR operations and people processes (onboarding HRIS internal communications) is a plus
  • A collaborative mindset: you enjoy working as part of a team sharing knowledge and supporting colleagues to move forward together

  • Reports to the HR & ESG Director
  • Works closely with the HR Ops & Learning Specialist internal teams and external partners
