Tissium is a mission-driven medical device company founded in 2013 headquartered in Paris with a production facility in Roncq (near Lille) and an office in Boston. We are dedicated to creating a new era of body repair by leveraging our biopolymer platform to develop innovative solutions in surgery for a positive impact on patients lives.
Tissiums technology is based on research and intellectual property from the laboratories of Professor Robert Langer (MIT) and Professor Jeffrey M. Karp (Brigham and Womens Hospital) who co-founded the company with Christophe Bancel (CEO) and Maria Pereira (Deputy CEO & Chief Innovation Officer).
We are developing polymers for atraumatic tissue repair in various applications. Today these polymers are used for sutureless nerve repair hernia repair and cardiovascular sealing.
Since our inception we have raised a total of 170 million euros. Our latest fundraising round which concluded in April 2023 resulted in 50 million euros in additional funding. This infusion of capital provides us with the necessary resources to finance the commercialization of our first products.
We are preparing for the early-2027 European launch of ECLIPSIUM a novel technology designed to advance atraumatic hernia repair. This is a rare opportunity to be part of a launch from its earliest stages working closely with the Franchise Director senior leadership leading surgeons Key Opinion Leaders and commercial partners across Europe.
Reporting to the Franchise Director you will be the central point of coordination for the ECLIPSIUM European launch. You will turn the franchise strategy into clear actionable plans drive launch readiness across priority markets (Belgium Germany Switzerland and others) and make sure every workstream delivers on time. You will own key launch tools and workstreams and gain broad exposure to Regulatory Market Access Marketing Sales and Finance.
Launch management
Act as the single point of coordination across Regulatory Finance Marketing and Sales for all ECLIPSIUM launch deliverables.
Own the launch checklist the risk and mitigation register and the KPI scorecard and flag any slippage early to the Franchise Director.
Market access & KOL engagement
Maintain the KOL master list and CRM draft and personalize outreach materials.
Coordinate logistics for congresses and webinars handle congress booth logistics and materials.
Coordinate cad labs / animals labs for product demos and training.
Coordinate visits and calls with KOL hospitals and procurement teams.
Log meeting notes and field-visit summaries in .
Distributors & business cases
Support distributor engagement: identify potential partners move discussions forward and capture learnings to refine the approach.
Build and maintain the data behind country business cases: revenue forecast inputs go-to-market option comparisons and materials for Finance working sessions.
Draft supporting materials such as value dossiers and hospital business cases préciser lacronyme CMM.
Launch materials & events
Manage end-to-end asset production with the Franchise Director and MLR team (brand book detail-aid brochure videos); liaise with agencies/vendors; coordinate MLR submissions.
Manage vendors and translations for Instructions for Use (IFU) labeling and marketing assets tracking country-specific review.
Schedule and run training sessions with the appropriate stakeholders.
3/5 years of experience in project or program coordination commercial/marketing operations or a similar role ideally in medtech pharma or another regulated environment.
Degree in business engineering life sciences or a related field.
Exposure to market access reimbursement or regulatory processes is a strong plus.
Excellent organizational skills: you are comfortable managing multiple trackers deadlines and stakeholders at the same time.
Proactive and rigorous at ease in a fast-paced evolving environment and confident following up with senior stakeholders.
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills experience with a CRM and comfortable using AI tools to work efficiently.
Fluent English required; German and/or French is a strong plus.
