Grow with us Your Responsibilities
- You oversee the availability and efficient use of materials labor and equipment to deliver production plans and minimize downtime across multiple production areas technologies and shifts
- You monitor site performance metrics escalate risks and lead cross-functional corrective actions to meet production targets while ensuring safety quality and cost efficiency in line with defined KPIs
- You ensure compliance with EHS GMP (if applicable) and regulatory standards across complex operations maintaining audit readiness and driving timely resolution of findings
- You lead the integration of new technologies and process improvements aligning initiatives with network strategy and ensuring effective change management across teams
- You foster a culture of accountability safety and continuous improvement maintaining strong engagement on the shop floor and across organizational layers
What will convince us
- You hold a Bachelors degree in Engineering Life Sciences Industrial Technology or a related field; an advanced degree is considered a plus
- You bring extensive experience in regulated manufacturing operations preferably in biopharma or biotech including leadership of large teams and complex multi-line operations
- You demonstrate strong expertise in GMP (if applicable) EHS cost control and production planning within high-complexity environments
- You show proven ability to lead through multiple organizational layers manage large cross-functional teams and foster a culture of accountability and performance
- You apply strong problem-solving and communication skills including the ability to manage complex variance analysis root cause investigations and cross-functional resolution
- You leverage data effectively for decision-making and performance tracking
- You communicate fluently in English; proficiency in the local site language is required
