Airbus Helicopters is looking for a Head of Finance Transformation and Systems - Planning & Reporting (m/f) to join the Finance Transformation and Systems Department based in Marignane France.

Your future missions:

The Head of Finance Transformation and Systems - Planning & Reporting for the Helicopter division will lead the definition and execution of finance transformation initiatives for the Controlling organisation focusing on standardizing optimizing and digitizing financial reporting and planning processes.

By collaborating with global stakeholders this leader anticipates functional evolution needs and develops capabilities to enhance financial performance drive data-driven decision-making and strengthen business partnering.

Additionally the role drives organisational change by guiding team restructuring and employee upskilling to ensure seamless adoption of new digital solutions.

Your accountabilities:

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of finance process and system experts based in Marignane and Donauworth overseeing support for ongoing reporting and planning operations.

  • Define and implement the teams charter governance and collaborative frameworks ensuring seamless integration with the broader Finance transformation organization and internal stakeholders.

  • Attract retain and develop top talent to foster a skilled agile and future-ready finance workforce.

  • Partner with the Controlling leadership team to anticipate functional evolution and design a forward-looking transformation roadmap maximizing synergies across the Airbus Group.

  • Formulate and execute a comprehensive Finance Data & Analytics strategy including data accessibility for non-finance organizations.

  • Establish robust processes for the identification prioritization and evaluation of strategic initiatives ensuring measurable business value.

  • Spearhead critical projects (e.g. New ERP reporting workstreams) and continuous improvement efforts in close cooperation with internal customers.

  • Drive the adoption of digital innovations within the Controlling perimeter leveraging advanced technologies such as RPA and AI.

  • Optimize run-mode and business support processes to drive efficiency and minimize recurring operational costs.

  • Champion change management for finance transformation and upskilling initiatives ensuring the sustainable adoption of new digital processes and tools.

Your profile:

  • Proven leadership in Finance Transformation and System with extensive experience managing large-scale complex projects in an international industrial environment.

  • Deep expertise in end-to-end financial reporting and planning processes coupled with solid experience in ERP ecosystems (e.g. SAP) and emerging digital technologies (Data & Analytics RPA AI etc).

  • Demonstrated ability to build lead and coach diverse high-performing teams including experience with distributed teams (e.g. Marignane and Donauworth).

  • Strategic mindset with proven success in defining transformation roadmaps driving change management and upskilling organizations for digital adoption.

  • Exceptional business partnering skills with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders and translate functional ambitions into measurable business value.

  • Strong analytical skills excellent communication and proficiency in English.
