Could you be the full-time Group Occupational Health Director in Saint-Ouen (Paris) were looking for Flexible location in Europe
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your occupational health and medical expertise in a new cutting-edge field. Youll work alongside collaborative and forward-thinking teammates.
Youll play a key role in safeguarding employee health and fostering a culture of prevention and well-being across the organization. Day-to-day youll work closely with teams across the business such as EHS HR and site management to align occupational health strategies with corporate goals provide expert advisory support and much more.
Youll specifically take care of designing and overseeing occupational health programs but also ensuring compliance with global and local regulations.
Well look to you for:
- Defining and maintaining the Group Occupational Health strategy policies and standards
- Designing and overseeing health programs including health surveillance medical assessments and psychosocial risk initiatives
- Providing expert guidance on complex occupational health cases and supporting crisis situations
- Monitoring compliance with occupational health legislation and ethical standards
- Establishing KPIs dashboards and reporting frameworks to track health trends
- Collaborating with HR EHS and management to embed health considerations into business decisions

- Medical nursing or allied health qualification with specialization in Occupational Health (e.g. Occupational Physician Occupational Health Nurse General practice physician or equivalent)
- Recognized professional certification according to country or international standards
- Strong understanding of occupational health regulations and best practices in a multinational environment
- Significant experience in occupational health within large complex or industrial organizations
- Proven ability to influence without direct authority
- Analytical and data-driven mindset
- Experience working at regional or corporate levelin a matrix organization.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent English (additional languages are a plus)
