Graduate Recruitment Consultant – French

An international recruitment consultancy is growing its team in Bordeaux / Rouen France and is hiring for the role of Graduate Recruitment Consultant. This is an entry-level proper 360 recruitment role not an HR role with a strong sales and business-development element. You learn the full recruitment cycle while building your own candidate pipeline.

• Support senior consultants across the full recruitment cycle
• Attract engage and convert both candidates and clients
• Start building your own candidate pipeline
• Grow through full training tools and a clear progression path

• Native or fluent French (C1) and good English (B2) spoken and written
• Recent graduate with no recruitment experience or an early-career professional (up to about 35) who is still finding their path and is trainable great backgrounds include hospitality or help-desk work
• Strong communicator with persuasion negotiation and customer-oriented skills
• A commercial sales-driven personality with an appetite for business development someone who can attract engage and convert both clients and candidates
• Eligible to live and work in France
• A short introduction video (max. 45 seconds in English) is part of the application

• Salary: 31055 gross per year
• Uncapped commission and bonuses
• Public-transport pass: 50% reimbursed by the employer
• Meal-voucher card: 9 per working day split 50/50 between employer and employee
• RTT days: 39-hour working week with 6 days of RTT per year and overtime pay for hours above the statutory 35

• Location: Bordeaux / Rouen France on-site
• Working hours: MondayFriday 09:0018:00
• Start: Experience Day (a full-day in-person selection event) in Rouen France at the end of September exact date to be confirmed; start date about 56 weeks later
