Gold Partner Marketing Lead Location (WM)

We are seeking a hands-on Partner Marketing Lead to drive our partner marketing strategy and execute growth initiatives across EMEA. Working closely with the Marketing Director you will bridge strategy and execution to lead initiatives with our premier Gold Partners.

Key Responsibilities : 

Gold Partner Strategy & Initiatives : 

• Lead the EMEA partner marketing strategy and end-to-end tactical execution for our Gold Partners.
• Develop and implement joint marketing initiatives for key strategic partners.
• Drive go-to-market (GTM) plans launch service offers and refine brand positioning to elevate our AI narrative across EMEA.

Sales Enablement & Asset Production : 

• Produce and scale joint partner assets creating essential sales tools such as co-branded presentations case studies and battlecards for global sales teams.
• Map execution plans directly to business outcomes ensuring core AI differentiators are embedded into all partner messaging.

Collaboration & Regional Performance :

• Align partner marketing strategies with key internal business stakeholders to support overall growth objectives.
• Coordinate with corporate teams on digital advertising and marketing automation while supporting local teams with field execution.
• Monitor performance metrics and ROI to evaluate campaign effectiveness and optimize future partner strategy.

Qualifications :

• Location: Must be based in France and eligible to work in the country.
• Professional Experience: 35 years of experience in partner marketing GTM execution or tech marketing roles. 
• English Proficiency: Full professional fluency in written and spoken English to collaborate effectively across EMEA regions and with global partners.
• AI & Marketing Tech Toolkit: Hands-on proficiency with AI-driven marketing tools and visual content creation platforms (e.g. Canva generative AI productivity and design tools) to produce high-quality assets efficiently.
• Do-er Mindset: A proactive professional who manages strategic projects with structure taking initiatives from initial concept to final delivery.
• Communication & Influence: Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to influence internal teams and external partner stakeholders at all levels.
• Enablement Attitude: A collaborative approach focused on gathering actual regional requirements to build scalable partner assets (events campaigns and sales enablement) that truly empower field teams.
