Your Role

As aSenior Research/Technology Associatewithin ourFragrance Science & Technologyteam you will contribute to the development of innovative fragrance microencapsulation systems. You will independently design and perform laboratory experiments analyze results and translate scientific findings into practical solutions that shape the next generation of fragrance delivery technologies.

Your work will also support thetransition from laboratory innovation to industrial implementation.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Design execute and document scientific projects onfragrance microencapsulation from design and laboratory experimentation to pilot and production scale.

• Develop and formulate polymer and biopolymer systems with targeted physicochemical properties (rheology tribology release behavior stability).

• Develop andoptimize characterization methodsfor encapsulation systems and related materials.
• Supportscaleup and industrial transfer ensuring smooth transition from lab to pilot and production.
• Analyze and interpret data preparetechnical reports and communicate clear conclusions.
• Performliterature reviewsand maintain scientific watch in polymer science and materials innovation.

• Ensure a safe organized and compliant laboratory environment in line with EHS standards contribute to laboratory operations and continuous improvement.

• Identify opportunities forinnovationandintellectual property creation.

Your Profile

• Masters degree or Engineering degree with at least 2 years of industrial R&D experience in polymer or materials science or
• Technician with 10 years of relevant experience or
• Bachelors degree plus 5-10 years of experience

èKnowledge or previous exposure toindustrialization or process scaleup is a strong plus.

Technical & Professional Skills

• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Strong computer literacy and ability to manage scientific data.
• Proven analytical and problemsolving abilities in research environments.
• Demonstrated expertise in polymer characterization emulsion systems rheological and tribological measurements.
• Broad understanding of scientific principles and experimental design.
• Capability to interpret results critically and define next experimental steps.
• Familiarity with relevant scientific literature and industry trends.
• Experience or interest in technology transfer and industrial scaleup would be an advantage.
• Collaborative mindset and commitment to laboratory best practices and EHS standards.
• Teamoriented and collaborative.
