As a Senior Key Account Manager for a renowned international account Global Fabric Cleaning - you will be responsible for driving global growth through effective teamwork achieving high win rates and building strong customer relationships.

We are looking for a strong leader with a solid understanding of business strategy and a passion for this role you will drive significant contributions to a high-growth international account. Your ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to generate new business opportunities combined with a positive team spirit will be essential as we leverage the power of fragrance to align with brand strategies and address consumers unmet needs.

The position reports to our Key International Account Manager and is based in Argenteuil France.

In this exciting role you will:

- Drive Givaudans business by managing both top and bottom lines.
- Create and cultivate strong customer relationships including building direct connections with senior stakeholders from Marketing R&D Fragrance and CMI teams at the client level.
- Effectively manage global projects coordinating cross-functional teams to defend existing business and attack new opportunities.
- Develop and implement Strategic Account Plans in partnership with our cross-functional teams to achieve significant business growth.
- Create inspirational presentations and events with our cross-functional teams to generate new business opportunities for ourcustomersbrands.
- Lead key projects in Europe while guiding the teams in the different regions such as North America MEA Latin America Latam and Apac.
- Drive the innovation pipeline with the S&T evaluation and marketing teams based on consumer and customer-centricity.
- Identify and create opportunities for Givaudan to participate in and win briefs.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) against targets (Sales Gross Profit win rate etc.) to ensure sustainable growth.

Your professional profile includes:

- A graduate degree or higher.
- 5 to 10 years of experience minimum preferably in the perfume industry or in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) companies.
- Experience in international sales and/or senior marketing roles with a proven track record of success.
- Advanced skills in generating new business and fostering long-term growth.
- Proven experience in leading cross-functional international teams and managing multiple complex projects.
- A creative global mindset with the ability to learn quickly.
- Strong ability to build internal and external relationships and collaborate effectively with various stakeholders at the client level for mutual growth.
- Excellent command of English; proficiency in French and/or German is a plus.
