We are looking for a Senior Development Engineer to join our Fragrance & Beauty team in S&T Delivery Systems this role you will lead technical development and industrialization initiatives supporting innovative fragrance and beauty solutions across development manufacturing and operations.

You will collaborate closely with Creation R&D Operations Quality Supply Chain and Engineering teams to optimize processes support scale-up activities and drive continuous improvement initiatives aligned with safety quality sustainability and operational excellence objectives.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead product and process development optimization and industrialization projects
• Support manufacturing scale-up and technology transfer activities
• Drive troubleshooting and continuous improvement initiatives
• Manage technical projects and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders
• Contribute to automation digitalization and sustainability initiatives
• Provide technical expertise and mentoring within the engineering community

Profile

• Degree in Chemical Process Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
• 8 years of relevant engineering experience in fragrance cosmetics FMCG chemical or related industries
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills
• Experience in manufacturing/process environments
• Collaborative and innovation-oriented mindset
