CloserHire is partnering with a premium cosmetics brand to recruit Sales Consultants for its team in Paris France. This is an exciting opportunity for ambitious energetic people who want to build a career in luxury retail and sales. Youll represent premium beauty products engage directly with customers and work in a fast-paced performance-driven environment with uncapped commission potential. No previous sales experience is required as full training is provided.

Day to day that means represent and sell a range of premium luxury cosmetics approach and engage customers confidently creating an exciting shopping experience understand customer needs and recommend suitable beauty products demonstrate products and communicate their benefits effectively build strong customer relationships and maximize sales opportunities work towards individual and team sales targets and maintain excellent brand presentation and customer service standards.

• French work permit is required
• Available to work full-time in Paris EU citizenship or a valid
• Previous sales retail beauty or customer-facing experience is an advantage but not required
• Comfortable working in a competitive target-driven environment
• Sales-driven attitude or a genuine motivation to develop your sales skills
• Strong communication and people skills
• Energetic positive confident and highly motivated
