This Multilingual Services Customer Support Specialist role in Lisbon Portugal is open to French-speaking candidates willing to relocate.

Youll handle customer queries in a multilingual contact centre environment.

Multiple start dates available across 17/Aug/26 25/Aug/26.

Relocation support is available for candidates moving from abroad.

Your daily tasks will include responding to customer enquiries across multiple channels documenting each case accurately and flagging anything unusual to a supervisor.

Were looking for candidates who communicate confidently in French and are comfortable working in English day to day.

Prior customer service experience is a plus but not essential as full training is provided.
