Key Responsibilities:

• Provide friendly and professional customer support through phone email chat and other communication channels.

• Understand customer needs and provide accurate clear and helpful information.
• Resolve questions concerns and complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive and customer-focused approach.
• Guide customers through processes platforms products or services when assistance is needed.
• Accurately document customer interactions requests and resolutions in internal systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution and a seamless customer experience.
• Identify recurring customer concerns and share feedback that may help improve processes and service quality.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products services procedures and policies through continuous training.

Requirements:

• Language Skills: Fluent in French (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level)
• Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Portugueseresidency card
• Skills: Strong analytical creative and communication abilities
• Mindset: Professional detail-oriented proactive and eager to learn and grow in the Travel field
