Adomik is the agentic AI platform for advertising performance and monetization. We unify fragmented advertising data and power specialized AI agents that help advertising and media teams understand performance make decisions and act faster.
We are looking for a freelance engineer to join our Tech team on a long-term full-time engagement. The role sits at the intersection of Python Ruby data analysis and AI agents.

Tasks
  • Develop and maintain Python backend services and REST APIs.
    - Contribute to Ruby codebases preferably Ruby on Rails.
    - Build and evolve AI agents and MCP tools for advertising-data use cases.
    - Connect data processing SQL queries analytical methods and statistical reasoning to production features.
    - Work on use cases such as revenue analysis anomaly detection and explanations of revenue variations.
    - Design reliable workflows where numerical computations remain deterministic and AI models handle language-related tasks.
    - Work with data platforms and cloud services such as Snowflake and AWS.
    - Deliver features from design to production.
    - Contribute to testing code reviews CI/CD documentation and sound engineering practices.
    - Collaborate closely with the Tech Product Data Engineering and Data Science teams.
Requirements
  • Professional experience with Python in production.
    - Professional experience or strong familiarity with Ruby. Ruby on Rails experience is a plus.
    - Experience in data analysis or data science.
    - Strong SQL skills and experience working with analytical data.
    - Experience building backend applications or REST APIs.
    - Experience with Git testing code reviews and modern software development practices.
    - Ability to work independently and deliver production-ready features.
    - Strong communication skills and a pragmatic approach to problem solving.
    - Fluent English both written and spoken with confidence in technical discussions and documentation.
    - French is a plus but not required.
    - Full-time availability approximately 40 hours per week.
    - Availability to work Monday to Friday from 9:30 to 18:30 Paris time.
    - Location within two hours of Paris time throughout the year.
    - MCP LLM agents Snowflake or AWS Bedrock experience is a plus but not mandatory.
