Ecolab is currently seeking a Field Service Manager to work in our QSR this role you will be responsible for partnering with our fast-food customers and providing them with personal customer service and solutions for all of their cleaning and sanitation needs.

What You Will Do:
Perform installation and maintenance of dispensing equipment in customer locations
Develop and enhance customer relationships while providing personal customer service and solutions for their cleaning and sanitation needs.
Provide training to customers on procedures and products
Support and run product and program tests
Completes all required reporting on a timely basis.
Minimum Qualifications:
Technical or Bachelor Degree or relevant experience
3 years work experience
Willingness to travel (several overnight per week) and desire to be a remote worker
Time management planning and organization
Customer oriented
Ability to build customers trust integrity
Written Communication to create consulting reports for customers
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience as technician will be considered as a plus
Previous experience in fast-food restaurants as restaurant manager supervisor or in the operation team will be considered as a plus
English at intermediate level or more will be considered a plus
