Your Role
This role sits at the heart of lifesaving vascular procedures partnering directly with physicians and care teams to advance patient outcomes using innovative thrombectomy solutions. As a Field Clinical Specialist you will be a trusted expert in the cath lab and hospital environment shaping therapy adoption while representing a fastgrowing purposedriven franchise. What you will do
Educate physicians and hospital staff on device handling implantation and troubleshooting to support safe and effective use of Inari products during live procedures.
Plan and deliver structured training sessions and inservice education programs within hospitals ensuring consistent clinical messaging and best practices.
Collaborate with Marketing and Clinical Education teams to align training materials and clinical content with franchise strategy and regulatory requirements.
Support Account Managers by contributing clinical expertise to multidisciplinary meetings regional expert events and congresses under Regional Sales Manager guidance.
Identify therapy adoption opportunities with Regional and Account Managers by assessing local clinical pathways and procedural volume.
Communicate complex technical information clearly in fastpaced procedural environments to support confident clinical decisionmaking.
Provide advanced clinical support for complex field inquiries including emergency or afterhours cases when required.
Document procedural case observations accurately to meet regulatory quality and continuousimprovement standards.
What you will need
RequiredMinimum 3 years of clinical experience in interventional radiology catheterization laboratory intensive care unit or operating room environments.
Minimum Bachelors degree in a clinical scientific or engineering discipline.
Demonstrated knowledge of cardiovascular anatomy physiology pathology and interventional procedures.
Fluency in spoken and written English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for presentations and reporting.
PreferredBiomedical Engineering degree or equivalent.
Prior experience in a clinical specialist or fieldbased clinical support role.
Experience supporting emergency or acutecare cases in a procedural setting.
Additional InformationTravel: Up to 80% within the assigned territory including occasional overnight travel.
Work pattern: Hospitalbased field role with scheduled night/weekend oncall responsibilities.
Physical requirements: Extensive standing sitting and speaking; light lifting up to 10 lbs.
Environment: Dynamic multisite clinical settings with regular interaction with physicians and hospital staff.
