A day in the life
As a Site Process Engineer your day begins with analyzing performance data from previous shifts quickly identifying areas needing attention. Youll spend time on the Fulfillment Center floor observing processes firsthand and connecting with associates to understand their daily challenges. One moment you might be brainstorming with your team about implementing a new robotics solution the next you could be leading a workshop helping operations leaders adopt best practices. Your problem-solving skills come into play as you tackle real-time challenges while your afternoons often involve collaborating with colleagues across Europe to share insights and align on network-wide improvements. Every day brings new challenges and opportunities to innovate in one of the worlds most advanced logistics networks.

About the team
The Process Engineering team drives operational excellence in Amazons European Fulfillment Centers. Were a diverse group of problem-solvers and innovators who transform complex challenges into practical solutions. Our team balances technical expertise with a passion for continuous improvement working to perfect every aspect of fulfillment operations. We collaborate closely with multiple teams across Amazon from operations to robotics ensuring our Fulfillment Centers operate at peak efficiency. - Experience in manufacturing process or industrial engineering

- Experience with continuous improvement methods such as Kaizen Lean DMAIC etc.
