The Ecommerce & Merchandising Specialist plays a key role in shapingTikTok Shop France. Owning Seller Centre catalogue & listings (our 3 FR shops) pricing & promo execution assortment/stock and GMV reporting.
The ideal candidate will bring experience from marketplace or social commerce experience (TikTok Shop Amazon Seller Central or similar) to drive the continued growth of our TikTok Shop.
What you will do:
- Owning Seller Centre catalogue & listings (our 3 FR shops) pricing & promo execution assortment/stock and GMV reporting for our TikTok Shop France.
- Oversee planning and implementation of new product launches digital promotionalactivityand pricing strategies.
- Ensure best-in-class digital content is presented across D2C websites aligned with brand guidelines and consumer needs.
- Optimiseonsite category and product pages for sales and conversion driving organic visibilitytrafficand revenue growth.
- Marketplace or social commerce experience (TikTok Shop Amazon Seller Central or similar)
- Identifytrading risks and opportunities taking proactiveactionand communicating insights to the wider business.
- Report on website performanceanalysedataand implement strategies that deliver measurable improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement trade plans bestpracticesand innovative new site features.
What you will have:
- Experience in ecommerce merchandising or digital trading - ideally in marketplace or social commerce environment
- Strong knowledge of ecommerce platforms digitalenvironmentsand the end-to-end consumer journey.
- Ability toanalysesales and performance data translate insights intostrategiesand deliver measurable results.
- Marketplace or social commerce experience (TikTok Shop Amazon Seller Central or similar)
- Proficiencywith analytics and performance tools ( Analytics Power BI).
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word PowerPoint Excel).
- Strongorganisationaland time management skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-starter with strong initiative and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Passion for delivering outstanding digital consumer experiences.
