Airbus Helicopters is looking for a Restricted Environments Platform & Governance Specialist (d/f/m) to join our Hosting & Cloud Services team (PSL Infrastructure Services) based in Marignane France.

The Marignane site the 3rd largest industrial site in France located near Marseille and Aix-en-Provence is undergoing a profound transformation to offer a high-tech inclusive and environmentally friendly work environment. You will enjoy a unique professional experience at the very heart of our helicopter manufacturing operations.

You will join the Hosting & Cloud Services department within PSL Infrastructure Services ensuring platform security compliance and operational continuity across restricted operational environments.

• Change Governance: Serve as the gatekeeper for system updates by reviewing and validating all technical change requests prior to implementation.

• Cybersecurity & Compliance: Maintain the cybersecurity posture of the platforms guard against configuration drift and ensure systems strictly adhere to regulatory compliance standards.

• Operational & Lifecycle Delivery: Coordinate daily incident resolution and track platform lifecycles to proactively address component obsolescence.

• Contract Steering: Direct external service contractors who execute routine hands-on technical operations.

• Governance & Cross-Border Collaboration: Participate in Service Management Board (SMB) meetings and partner closely with the German Restricted Environments team to harmonize operational methods.

• Mindset: Strong curiosity high adaptability and a willingness to learn. You thrive in a team environment built on open communication mutual support and continuous knowledge sharing.

• Technical Stack Awareness:

  • Virtualization: Basic understanding of VMware Nutanix or Hyper-V infrastructures.

  • Operating Systems: Exposure to Windows and Linux with awareness of Unix systems (AIX Solaris).

  • Databases & Management: Familiarity with Oracle MS SQL and centralized patching platforms (SCCM RedHat Satellite WSUS).

  • Storage: Basic concepts of NetApp NAS architectures.

• Soft Skills: Vigilant approach to security and compliance strong organizational skills and clear communication capabilities in a collaborative multi-site environment.

• Languages: English fluent. Proficiency in French or German is advantageous.

• Security Clearance: Position requires security clearance or eligibility for clearance by recognized authorities.
