Designer Prototypist

Nous sommes actuellement à la recherche dun.e DesignereusePrototypiste pour renforcer notre pôle Prototypage.

Le/la Prototypiste fabrique les maquettes des composants et accessoires qui composent les produits L-Acoustics.

Intégré à léquipe R&D il/elle donne vie aux projets et aux innovations par la participation à la recherche dun design et leur élaboration technologique.

DESIGN

• Recherche veille design

• Exprimer ses idées par le sketch moodboard et participer au workshop créatif.

• Modélisation 2D (suite adobe) et 3D (volumique et surfacique solidworks / rhino)

• Sens critique.

PROTOTYPAGE

• Étude des documents de conception (cahier des charges schémas fonctionnels schémas de principe plans de fabrication)

• Menuiserie technologie des plastiques métallerie:

• Utilisation de machines dangereuses (scie à ruban scie circulaire scie sauteuse défonceuse touret à meuler tour fraiseuse pont de levage poste à souder) et de produits chimiques (résines bi composants solvants peintures).

• Fabrication numérique (imprimante 3D fraiseuse à commande numérique).

• Assemblage et réglage / modification de maquettes.

• Maintenance des outillages et de latelier de prototypage

ADMINISTRATION

• Achat des outils et consommables.

• Utilisation des outils de reporting.

Votre Profil

• Diplômée en design industriel et prototypage.

• Créativité : Aptitude à trouver des solutions innovantes pour les défis de conception et de fabrication.

• Autonomie : Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et à prendre des initiatives pour faire avancer les projets.

• Adaptabilité : Flexibilité pour sadapter aux changements de plans et aux nouvelles technologies ou techniques de fabrication.

• Esprit déquipe: Savoir communiquer et créer le lien avec le groupe.

• Passionnée.
