Data & Machine Learning Engineer | Hybrid work

Your Mission

As a Data & ML Engineer in the Data Team you will play a crucial role in shaping and contributing to the development of our data lake analytical stack machine learning and data services capabilities.

This role allows you to extend and continuously improve the current data infrastructure utilizing the latest tools & technologies to address our growing AI needs while contributing to our overarching goals and mission.

Specifically you will work on:

• Sourcing storing processing and analyzing huge sets of data in a reliable fast and secure way.
• Defining and building the data pipelines that will enable faster better data-informed decision-making within the business.
• Developing in-house data & machine learning services to enhance our customers experience in close collaboration with data and engineering teams.
• Investigating familiarizing and mastering new data sets quickly.
• Driving change with a positive can-do attitude across complex and ambiguous environments.

Qualifications :

What will you bring to the ride 

1. 5 years of experience delivering code in a production environment.
2. 3 years of experience working with large volumes of data.
3. Strong programming skills in Python.
4. Strong SQL and data modeling skills.
5. Strong experience with programmatic integration of data from multiple data sources.
6. Ability to work well across different teams and navigate ambiguity with a positive can-do attitude.
7. Fluency in English (both written and verbal); knowledge of French or German is a plus.
8. Capable of investigating familiarizing and mastering new data sets quickly.
