Customer Service Advisor – French

Job Description:

People Hive is supporting a leading customer-experience (CX) outsourcing company in Portugal in the search for seven French-speaking Customer Service Advisors.

The role supports merchants with questions and enquiries about mobile payment products and services through phone email chat and social media helping resolve issues and identify opportunities to improve customer processes while working closely with Sales and Marketing.

Critical Requirements

• Native or fluent French (C2)
• English B2
• Strong communication skills
• Good computer skills
• Customer-focused mindset
• Availability for rotational shifts

Location: Portugal (Porto)

Languages required: French (native or fluent C2) and English (B2)

Working arrangement: Remote (candidates in Portugal must be within 50 km of the Porto office; exceptional accommodation support for relocators)

Employment: Full-time rotational shifts MondaySunday 08:0019:00 (start: 1 October 2026)

Salary: 1000 per month (14 salaries gross)
