Culinary Coordinator
Job Summary
Role purpose
The Culinary Coordinator contributes to the implementation and day-to-day execution of Relais & Châteauxs global culinary strategy. Working closely with the Culinary Director and across relevant departments the role ensures the effective coordination and execution of projects events and content for the international Relais & Châteaux chef community.

Key responsibilities
Working closely with the Culinary Director the Culinary Coordinator supports and coordinates Relais & Châteauxs initiatives across its global network of chefs and restaurants.
The role combines project coordination content development and international collaboration with responsibilities including:
- Supporting the implementation of the Associations global culinary strategy and initiatives to strengthen engagement with standalone restaurants and leading chefs
- Supporting the preparation and execution of key culinary moments across the year including agendas presentations speaker coordination and post-event follow-up
- Assisting in the development and consolidation of content for chef-facing initiatives such as workshops reports editorial materials and presentations
- Supporting chef engagement and visibility initiatives including collaborations partnerships and chefs participation in events and platforms
- Contributing to the identification and monitoring of culinary trends industry developments and emerging talents within the global gastronomy landscape
- Managing project workflows and timelines and ensuring effective follow-up across stakeholders
