We are looking for a Content Moderator to join an international team in Lisbon helping maintain a safe respectful and high-quality online environment.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who is observant responsible comfortable working with digital content and interested in building experience within an international environment.

• Review and assess online content according to established policies and guidelines
• Identify content that may violate platform standards
• Make accurate decisions based on defined moderation criteria
• Handle potentially sensitive or challenging content professionally
• Escalate cases when additional review or support is required
• Maintain consistency and accuracy when applying moderation policies
• Keep up to date with relevant guidelines and procedural changes
• Meet established quality and productivity expectations
• Help contribute to a safe positive and reliable online environment

• French native & B1 English
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong judgment and decision-making skills
• Ability to follow detailed policies and apply them consistently
• Good communication and analytical skills
• Comfortable working with digital platforms and online content
• Ability to remain objective and professional when reviewing challenging material
• Resilience and emotional maturity
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multicultural team
• Previous experience in content moderation customer support trust & safety or a similar environment is a plus

International candidates: 1050 gross/month

The all-inclusive package includes:
