Consumer Data Analyst WM

As a Consumer Data Analyst you will turn complex consumer data into clear actionable recommendations to support decision-making and improve business performance.

Key responsibilities:

•  Analyze consumer and business data from various sources (CRM e-commerce retail products etc.) to support customer strategy and operational plans
•  Collaborating with Data Scientists on predictive analytics projects (segmentation clustering machine learning)
•   Work with the Power BI team to maintain and optimize dashboards and reporting tools to support business teams in their decision-making
• Ensure data quality and reliability
•  Design scalable analytical frameworks and reusable templates to enable faster and more consistent decision-making
•   Build strong relationships with Product Marketing and cross-functional teams to support data needs
•   Contribute to the development of a data-driven culture by promoting best practices and data literacy
• Identify new opportunities to enhance consumer understanding through innovative analytics and new data sources

Qualifications :

Experience :

•   Minimum 5 years of experience in data analysis with the ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations
•  Strong knowledge of programming languages

Education :

Bachelors or Masters degree in Data Marketing Statistics or a related field (engineering school or business school)

Language :

• Fluent in English

Technical Skills :

•   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn complex data into actionable recommendations
•   Good communication skills to present analyses clearly and effectively
•  Experience with data visualization tools (ideally Power BI)
•  Ability to work independently with data
•  Knowledge of SQL and cloud data environments is a plus
