Responsibilities
Lead and oversee a portfolio of clinical trials across one or more Therapeutic Areas ensuring successful delivery from feasibility through study close-out.
Drive study performance by ensuring enrollment quality timelines milestones and compliance with ICH-GCP local regulations and our standards.
Develop and implement operational strategies quality plans and risk mitigation approaches to ensure optimal execution of the clinical trial portfolio.
Lead coach and develop a team of Clinical Research Managers fostering high performance talent development succession planning and employee engagement.
Build strong partnerships with internal cross-functional stakeholders and external collaborators including investigators sites vendors and regulatory authorities.
Contribute to country and global strategic initiatives supporting the growth of clinical research capabilities and the successful delivery of the development pipeline.
Skills & Experience
Extensive experience in clinical research operations including clinical trial management project leadership and team management.
Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP regulatory requirements clinical trial processes and the local clinical research environment.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience developing motivating and managing high-performing teams.
Excellent project management organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.
Strong communication collaboration and stakeholder management skills in a global and cross-functional environment.
Strategic mindset with the ability to drive execution manage change influence stakeholders and build long-term partnerships.
