Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee a portfolio of clinical trials across one or more Therapeutic Areas ensuring successful delivery from feasibility through study close-out.

• Drive study performance by ensuring enrollment quality timelines milestones and compliance with ICH-GCP local regulations and our standards.

• Develop and implement operational strategies quality plans and risk mitigation approaches to ensure optimal execution of the clinical trial portfolio.

• Lead coach and develop a team of Clinical Research Managers fostering high performance talent development succession planning and employee engagement.

• Build strong partnerships with internal cross-functional stakeholders and external collaborators including investigators sites vendors and regulatory authorities.

• Contribute to country and global strategic initiatives supporting the growth of clinical research capabilities and the successful delivery of the development pipeline.

Skills & Experience

• Extensive experience in clinical research operations including clinical trial management project leadership and team management.

• Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP regulatory requirements clinical trial processes and the local clinical research environment.

• Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience developing motivating and managing high-performing teams.

• Excellent project management organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.

• Strong communication collaboration and stakeholder management skills in a global and cross-functional environment.

• Strategic mindset with the ability to drive execution manage change influence stakeholders and build long-term partnerships.
