• Support the deployment and follow-up of the training plan for France and Belgium

• Coordinate training activities with the external training provider

• Support the monthly onboarding process for France

• Plan internal training sessions and follow up on related invoices

• Maintain training databases reporting tools and documentation

• Support OPCO requests and follow-up for French legal entities

• Currently preparing a Masters degree in Human Resources

• Strong sense of service and willingness to learn

• Organized rigorous and structured way of working

• Good communication skills and ability to work with different stakeholders

• Alternance rhythm allowing regular weekly presence in the company

• Previous HR/training experience Excel skills and English are a plus
