Business Developer – Travel Sourcing & Contracting (mfd)

Your Mission

As a Global Buyer youll play a pivotal role in growing and managing our portfolio of hotel partners across your dedicated destination. Based at our headquarters in Aix-en-Provence youll source and negotiate exclusive deals with hotels throughout your region delivering exceptional travel experiences to our members while driving strong business results.

Youll be the key point of contact for your destinations hoteliers their main relationship with Voyage Privé runs through you.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and grow your hotel portfolio : boutique properties resorts luxury brands across your region
• Source and negotiate exclusive campaigns with hotel partners to hit revenue targets
• Be the face of Voyage Privé : pitch onboard and build lasting relationships with new hotel partners
• Work closely with our internal teams (Marketing Content Revenue) to maximize campaign performance
• Monitor market trends and competitors across your destination to stay ahead of the curve
• Travel regularly to meet partners on the ground

Qualifications :

Who You Are

• Fluent English speaker essential to manage relationships with hotel partners
• 3 to 5 years of experience in hotel contracting tour operating hospitality procurement DMC OTA
• Strong negotiation skills and ease in dealing with suppliers
• Market knowledge and existing contacts with key players in the local hospitality industry
• Comfortable working in a dynamic fast-growing environment
• Data-driven structured and focused on continuous improvement
• Willingness to travel to meet partners as needed
