At Mammoet were looking for a Branch Manager France to lead and grow our business in this leadership role you will be responsible for co-developing commercial strategy creating commercial opportunities strengthening customer partnerships and ensuring the safe efficient and profitable execution of operational activities across France.

Working closely with Sales Operations Finance HR and European leadership team you will translate market opportunities into sustainable growth while ensuring operational performance and customer satisfaction remain at the highest level.

This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of Mammoet in France as the business transitions into a branch structure within Mammoet Europe. You will play a key role in driving commercial success supporting operational excellence and building a strong local organization aligned with Mammoets European strategy.

WHAT YOULL BE DOING

Driving commercial growth by:

  • Co-developing and executing the commercial strategy for the French market.
  • Identifying business opportunities and strengthening Mammoets market position.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Supporting the acquisition of new projects and contracts across targeted industries.
  • Translating market developments into commercial priorities and growth initiatives.

Leading branch operations by:

  • Ensuring safe efficient and profitable project execution.
  • Driving operational performance and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Working closely with operational teams to optimize resource utilization and project delivery.
  • Ensuring compliance with company procedures local regulations and safety standards.
  • Promoting a culture of operational excellence throughout the organization.

Providing leadership to the organization by:

  • Leading and developing a high-performing local operational team.
  • Creating clarity around objectives priorities and business expectations.
  • Coaching managers and employees while promoting accountability and collaboration.
  • Driving employee engagement anddevelopment.
  • Building a strong organizational culture aligned with Mammoets values.

Strengthening collaboration across Europe by:

  • Acting as the key link between France Branch and cluster Europe Projects .
  • Aligning local business objectives with European strategic priorities.
  • Collaborating with sales operations engineering and support functions across Europe.
  • Sharing market intelligence and expertise with the wider organization and leveraging on best practices and expertise available in the wider organization.

Managing business performance by:

  • Delivering sustainable and profitable growth.
  • Monitoring financial performance forecasting and business risks.
  • Establishing meaningful KPIs and performance reporting.
  • Supporting budget preparation and business planning.
  • Ensuring strong governance compliance and responsible business conduct.
WHAT YOULL NEED
  • Bachelors degree in Engineering Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proven leadership experience within an industrial technical engineering construction heavy lifting or project-based environment.
  • Strong commercial background with demonstrated success in business development and customer relationship management.
  • Experience managing operational activities.
  • Strong strategic thinking combined with a hands-on approach to execution.
  • Excellent stakeholder management negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Strong financial and business acumen.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a complex international environment.
  • Fluent French and English language skills..
  • Commitment to safety integrity and responsible leadership.
