Être stagiaire chez ATR cest être intégré au sein dune équipe comme un membre à part entière avec un véritable périmètre dintervention et des responsabilités.

Au sein de la Direction Financière vous rejoindrez léquipe Trésorerie et contribuerez aux activités suivantes :

• Participer au suivi quotidien des positions de trésorerie et à la consolidation des flux bancaires ;
• Contribuer à lélaboration à lanalyse et à la fiabilisation des prévisions de trésorerie à court et moyen terme ;
• Participer à la production et à lamélioration des reportings de trésorerie notamment le suivi du cash des écarts entre réel et prévisionnel et des principaux indicateurs ;
• Contribuer aux projets de digitalisation et dautomatisation des processus de trésorerie en particulier autour de FIS Excel et des interfaces avec les systèmes financiers ;
• Contribuer aux activités Travel & Expense (T&E) notamment au contrôle des notes de frais à lanalyse des anomalies et au suivi du respect de la politique voyages et dépenses ;

Ce stage est fait pour vous :

• Vous préparez un diplôme de niveau Bac5 en finance trésorerie finance dentreprise ou école de commerce par exemple au sein de TBS Education Toulouse School of Economics Toulouse School of Management / IAE Toulouse ou dune formation équivalente ;
• Vous maîtrisez Excel et êtes à laise avec lanalyse de données financières. Une connaissance de SAP ou dun outil de trésorerie constitue un plus ;
• Vous êtes rigoureux(se) curieux(se) organisé(e) autonome et appréciez le travail en équipe ainsi que les échanges avec des interlocuteurs variés ;
• Vous disposez dun bon niveau danglais professionnel à lécrit comme à loral ;
• Votre intérêt pour la trésorerie dentreprise les systèmes dinformation financiers et lamélioration des processus fera la différence.

As an intern at ATR you will be fully integrated into the team with a genuine scope of work and responsibilities. You will have the opportunity to learn and develop your skills within a market-leading company!

Within the Finance Department you will join the Treasury team and contribute to the following activities:

• Support the daily monitoring of cash positions and the consolidation of bank flows;
• Contribute to the preparation analysis and reliability of short- and medium-term cash forecasts;
• Participate in the production and improvement of treasury reporting including cash monitoring actual-versus-forecast analysis and key indicators;
• Contribute to treasury digitalisation and process automation projects particularly involving FIS Excel and interfaces with financial systems;
• Contribute to Travel & Expense (T&E) activities including expense report reviews analysis of exceptions and monitoring compliance with the travel and expense policy.

This internship is designed for you

• You are completing a Masters degree in finance treasury corporate finance or business for example at TBS Education Toulouse School of Economics Toulouse School of Management / IAE Toulouse or an equivalent institution;
• You are proficient in Excel and comfortable analysing financial data. Knowledge of Power BI SAP or a treasury management system would be an advantage;
• You are rigorous curious organised and autonomous and you enjoy teamwork and interacting with a wide range of stakeholders;
• You have a good level of professional English both written and spoken.
