We are looking for a Buyer to come onboard in our Direct Procurement Directorate in Antoines team: a team of 8 collaborators!
Your Mission
Within Procurement department and under responsibility of the Head of Engines Systems & Equipment Procurement the mission of the jobholder is to negotiate and implement contracts for development supply and support of Systems & Equipment to be installed on ATR aircraft at the best conditions for ATR and its customers.
For your portfolio of Systems and Equipment Suppliers you will:
- Lead the negotiations with suppliers (price evolution new products or services) either with competitive or gré-à-gré approach with supplier.
- Manage the purchase contracts:
- Amend contracts and enforce existing contractual provisions
- Ensure Suppliers deliver the expected performances and when necessary drive remedial actions (including claim management) to restore performances.
- Coordinate the preparation of the Senior Management Meetings with Suppliers
- keep up to date IT information related to the contracts (prices contacts...)
- prepare and participate to the Commodity MFT.
- Benchmark and keep the knowledge of the market for the commodity to cope with the needs of the different ATR Directorates.
- Lead the Request for Proposals taking into account all stakeholders requirements.
- Represent ATR when necessary: visit at suppliers facilities events working groups.

About you
Qualification work experience:
- Commercial degree (master or equivalent) with solid technical background OR engineering degree with experience in business positions.
- Proven experience in similar procurement positions
Skills:
- Capability to write contractual documents (legal background necessary)
- Good knowledge of supply chain and purchasing processes
- Good knowledge of aircraft systems and aircraft maintenance
- Negotiation skills (in English and in French)
- Pack Office (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook) and SAP
- Good communication (written / spoken in English)
- Capability to work in team and to coordinate work with other teams
