Job Description

Vos principales missions sont :

• Mettre en œuvre les formations du réseau et du siège : consolidation des besoins établissement des plannings inscriptions ;
• Garantir lorganisation matérielle et logistique des stages : envoi dinvitation réservations dhôtel et restaurants préparation des supports et salle de formation ;
• Contribution à la réalisation de projets formation : nouveaux modules de nouveaux supports etc ;
• Mise à jour des catalogues de formation.
• Gestion de la base de données formation : saisie des feuilles de présence des heures de formation etc ;
• Gérer les factures et notes de frais formation ;
• Veiller au suivi et à lavancement du budget formation Academy ;
• Élaborer les reportings
• Contact avec les prestataires extérieurs : organismes de formation formateurs externes OPCO etc
• Gestion des dossiers avec lOPCO Mobilités
• Gestion de la plateforme de Formation
• Gestion des dossiers PTP avec Transitions Pro

Interfaces:

• Contact avec lensemble du réseau et les différents départements et services du siège : responsables hiérarchiques et collaborateurs.
• Contact avec léquipe du service RH.
• Contact avec les franchisés et les différentesmarques du Groupe

Qualifications

De formation supérieure en ressources humaines pour atteindre le niveau Bac 4/5(Ecole de Commerce Bachelor ou Université) vous justifiez si possible dune première expérience sur une fonction similaire.

De naturerigoureux (se) et organisé(e) vous avez un vrai sens du service et un goût pour la énergie et votre créativité vous permettront de vous intégrer comme membre à part entière de notre structure à taille humaine.
