Analyst BI Solutions (FMX)

Were looking for an Analyst BI Solutions to join our organization in Issy-Les-Moulineaux this role you will be responsible for designing developing and maintaining business intelligence solutions that drive data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective BI strategies and implementations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented analytical and committed to delivering efficient organized solutions that enable business growth.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications
• Create and maintain data models dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to business stakeholders
• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends patterns and opportunities for business optimization
• Write and optimize SQL queries to extract transform and load data from various sources
• Ensure data accuracy integrity and consistency across all BI solutions and reporting systems
• Monitor and troubleshoot BI systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability
• Document technical specifications processes and solutions for knowledge sharing and future reference
• Stay current with emerging BI technologies and best practices to continuously improve solutions
• Support end-users with training and guidance on BI tools and data interpretation

Qualifications :

Background:

• 2-3 years of professional experience in analytical roles or data vizualization 
• Masters degree 

Mandatory skills:

• Business acumen
• Programming experience in SQL Python or similar languages for data manipulation and analysis
• Advanced-level skills in Microsoft Excel including advanced formulas pivot tables and data visualization
• Proficiency with Tableau
• Fluent in French/ English

• Excellent organizational and project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills with ability to convey complex analytical concepts to non-technical audiences
