Air Liquide France Industrie brings together the production and marketing of industrial gases in France with four complementary business lines : Large Industry Industrial Merchant Electronics and Hydrogen. Dans le cadre dun projet de réorganisation du site (incluant le démantèlement et loptimisation des flux) :

• Prise de contact avec des entreprises
• Suivi des travaux
• Optimisation du rangement du stock sur la parc

Suivi des initiatives liées au programme FIT du Groupe AIR LIQUIDE programme de transformation visant à simplifier et harmoniser les processus métier à travers le déploiement mondial dun système de gestion unique :

• Bilan de masse
• Définition des Temps Standards
• Optimisation de loutil de conditionnement
