Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Reporting

• Perform daily accounting operations (account analysis reconciliations postings)
• Manage invoicing processes (administrative/IT recharges LTI guarantees intercompany recharges)
• Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on overdue balances
• Prepare intercompany confirmations
• Support preparation of financial statements and annual reports
• Conduct quarterly balance sheet reviews
• Contribute to internal control processes

Treasury

• Monitor cash positions and prepare forecasts
• Manage relationships with banks
• Handle multiple bank accounts (entries reconciliations payments)

Tax & Compliance

• Manage corporate tax processes and reporting
• Prepare tax proof and reconciliations
• Handle corporate tax returns and group tax allocations
• Prepare monthly tax filings (VAT payroll taxes DES)
• Manage additional tax declarations
• Ensure withholding tax compliance
• Support transfer pricing documentation
• Participate in tax audits and meetings

Payroll & Social

• Coordinate with payroll shared services
• Process employee withholding taxes
• Prepare intercompany personnel cost recharges
• Manage directors fees

Audit & Controls

• Coordinate with external auditors
• Support audit processes
• Ensure compliance with internal controls

Projects & Ad-Hoc Tasks

• Participate in finance projects and process improvements
• Handle ad-hoc financial requests

Collaboration & Backup

• Work closely with finance counterparts
• Provide backup for loan payments expense tools and invoice processing
• Support operational activities in urgent situations

Profile & Qualifications

• Degree in Finance Accounting or related field
• Strong experience in accounting and tax
• Knowledge of financial systems and Excel
• Organized detail-oriented and proactive
• Strong communication skills
• Fluent in English
