We are looking for an Account Manager to join our team and take ownership of one of our key accounts. You will manage client relationships coordinate internal teams and drive high-quality delivery across social digital and integrated campaigns. This opportunity is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment with a passion for beauty lifestyle and impactful campaigns. Youll bring a sharp eye for detail and a proactive solutions-focused mindset to the team.

At SAMY youll help global beauty brands stay ahead of whats next. Youll turn cultural shifts into strategy identify the creators driving conversations and build advocacy programmes that connect brands with millions of people in authentic ways.

• Manage client relationships and act as a trusted advisor ensuring client satisfaction retention and account growth.

• Own project delivery from briefing to final execution coordinating timelines resources and internal teams across social creative media production and influencer projects.

• Translate client needs into clear briefs and actionable tasks ensuring high-quality delivery across all campaigns.

• Identify opportunities to grow accounts improve processes and contribute to the success of SAMY UKs clients and teams.

• Experience managing client accounts and projects within an agency media or digital marketing environment.

• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.

• Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects deadlines and priorities.

• Ability to translate client briefs into clear actions and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Understanding of digital marketing paid media social media and influencer identification with a passion for creating impactful campaigns.
