Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management: Enhance client and agency relationships by providing tailored performance-boosting digital marketing strategies.
Strategic Consultancy: Offer high-quality consultative guidance to help customers maximize their ROI on advertising investments.
Upselling & Growth: Identify opportunities to promote additional digital marketing products and solutions that support business expansion.
Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Proactive Engagement: Proactively engage with customers via phone video calls and email to maintain high satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
Education & Experience: BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience along with 1-2 years of experience in sales or online advertising.
Language Skills: C2 level of Finnish and a high level of proficiency in English.
Technical Knowledge: Strong familiarity with Google products including Google Ads AdSense or YouTube.
Core Skills: Excellent communication time management and analytical skills.
Mindset: A team player who adapts quickly to fast-paced environments remains goal-oriented and stays customer-focused.
Passion: A genuine passion for marketing technology and online advertising paired with a strong desire to learn and develop.
