PROJECT MANAGER HOTELS

A leading construction and development group in Addis Ababa is looking for an experienced Project Manager Hotels to lead the execution of prestigious multinational branded hotels executive apartments and luxury 5-star hospitality projects.

This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with strong experience in high-end hotel construction hospitality fit-outs and large-scale mixed-use developments.

• Manage end-to-end delivery of luxury hotel and hospitality construction projects
• Coordinate with consultants contractors operators and international hotel brands
• Ensure projects are delivered on time within budget and to international quality standards
• Oversee construction schedules procurement site execution and project reporting
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across civil MEP interiors and finishing works
• Maintain compliance with safety quality and regulatory requirements

• Proven experience managing branded hotel or luxury hospitality projects
• Background in 5-star hotels executive apartments or mixed-use developments
• Strong knowledge of construction operations project planning and stakeholder management
• Experience working with international hotel standards and operators is highly preferred
• Degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management or related field
• GCC Africa or international project experience is an advantage
