Senior System Administrator

System Administrator Opportunity

The System Administrator will be responsible for the configuration and technical support of Our Client’s data capture systems, supporting the company’s clinical and manufacturing activities. You will be part of a growing team of software and networking engineers ensuring functional, operational, and regulatory SLAs for Our Client’s IT systems. Data integrity is a critical part of Our Client’s value. The ideal candidate is passionate about ensuring that our data is complete, accurate, secure, and available for our Clinical, Manufacturing, Logistics and R&D teams.

Required Experience:

• AWS associate or professional certification in Operations or Developer paths.
• Experience with middleware software, ideally MuleSoft.
• Experience with Rest-API development and implementation.
• Experience with Identity Management services implementation/integration, ideally Okta.
• Experience with SQL, is a plus.
• Experience with CI/CD integration, is a plus.
• Experience with bash shell scripting, is a plus.
• Experience configuring software for regulated industries (FDA), is a plus.
• Familiar with agile methods and tools like GitHub and Jira is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Support configuration and administration of Our Client’s Clinical EDC, and Manufacturing & Logistics Systems
• Support special data requests, including data access and loss investigations
• Support access management and access investigation requests
• Support Identity Management
• Support SAML, OIDC and/or OAuth application configurations
• Support Internal and External Software and Security Audits
• Collaborate in Software Integration Projects
