About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Mechanical Engineer to join our growing team. In this dynamic role you will play a key role in shaping the future of buildings by designing efficient and sustainable HVAC systems for our clients in the Northeast. Heres what youll do:

• Client Champion: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients understanding their needs and exceeding expectations.
• Design & Innovation: Utilize your engineering expertise to design innovative HVAC systems encompassing chillers boilers water distribution and more.
• Project Management Pro: Manage your project portfolio ensuring timely completion and client satisfaction.
• Knowledge Sharing: Mentor junior team members fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.

What You Bring:

• The Consultant Mindset: You have a strong understanding of the bigger picture seeing projects through from concept to completion.
• Technical Expertise: 8 years of experience in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on HVAC building controls and related systems.
• Standards Savvy: Possess a firm grasp of industry standards regulations and codes.
• Academic Credentials: Hold a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited institution. A PE license is a plus!
• TechReady: Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit design software.
• Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with a team.
• SelfStarter: You are a selfmotivated individual who thrives with minimal supervision.
