Bare Enterprises Ltd in Falcon, CO is looking for a barista to join our qualified team. We have immediate openings for all positions, and training is available, however if you have some barista skills or experience or are bilingual (Spanish) candidates are a plus. You should live within 30 miles of our location in the United States. Do not apply if you do not live in Falcon or surrounding areas of Colorado Springs.

We have openings for full and part time positions, with part time hours being approximately 20-30 hours per week, plus pick up shifts. We are open M-F 6AM-3PM, Saturday 8AM-3PM. Federal Holidays 8AM - 2PM. Closed Christmas and Thanksgiving. No night shifts. No Sunday shifts. There are two shift options available. We offer an hourly wage plus tips.

You must have reliable transportation, able to drive in to work during rain and/or snow and be on time for your assigned shifts. Shifts DO include on call shifts. Customer service skills - remembering customer names, their drink orders, and recipes. You will need to demonstrate that you can operate the machines properly and clean very well.

Apparel may include cute, upbeat, and fun outfits, and may not impair you ability to move freely and perform your duties. Daily pictures will be posted to our face book page showcasing our products and brand.

Include two references (previous managers or supervisors. Not someone you're related to or your friends).

Responsibilities:

Prepare hot and cold drinks in accordance with customer needs and recipes.
Maintain a clean and tidy work area.
Follow health and safety guidelines.
Interact with customers regularly and professionally.

Qualifications:

Proven working experience dealing with the public.
High integrity with a great attendance record.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to listen and communicate effectively.
